Getting jumbled of the data

In the world of PHP development, this problem is also as a consider as a major problem that should be done. Some knowledge why the data is getting jumble in the screen is because of auto generate id scenario, scenarios of database table values, 0 or empty value of first database table and not empty value of second database table (relationship of database table). The thinking is try to re-code or re-design the existing codes of the page that getting jumbled of the data and test the database query and validation of empty and not empty values of a data.
